Craft beer bars are popular all over the world. They are also known as microbreweries. They are bars that make and brew their own beer. A craft beer pub is the same as a craft beer bar but the term pub is used mainly in Britain, Ireland, and Australia. Pub is short for “Public House.” The term bar is more popular in the United States. Most people consider bars and pubs different from each other and other establishments that serve alcohol such as nice dining restaurants with a bar included.

Most craft beer bars offer a wide range of wines, spirits, beers, and soft drinks. American bars tend to focus on serving mostly liquors while pubs usually serve a variety of beers. In 2011, in Britain, there were 50,395 pubs. Craft beer bars are very successful in the United States. The craft brewing industry accounts for 7.6% of all beer sales.

Good craft beers are usually found in craft beer bars which surprisingly can be found
just about anywhere. You can tell popular craft beers depending on how popular the pubs or craft beer bars are. The most popular pub name in Britain is the “Red Lion” and “The Crown” is second.
